What ages are the games for?
They are made with toddlers and preschoolers in mind. There is nothing to read and nothing to type: everything works by tapping and dragging with one finger.
Are there ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions?
No. You pay $1 once on the App Store and get the whole game. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
What data do the games collect?
None. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking, and the games never connect to the internet. The privacy policy has the details.
Do the games need Wi-Fi or a data connection?
No. Once installed, they play anywhere, including on planes and in the car.
How do I keep my child inside the game?
Turn on Guided Access: Settings › Accessibility › Guided Access. Then open the game and triple-click the side (or Home) button to start it. Triple-click again and enter your passcode to leave.
How do I turn the sound down?
Use the volume buttons on the side of the iPhone or iPad.
We got a new iPhone or iPad. Do we pay again?
No. Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the App Store, tap your profile picture, then Purchased, and download the game again for free.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Something isn’t working. What should I do?
Email support@singledadgames.com with the game’s name, your iPhone or iPad model, and what happened. A screenshot or short screen recording helps a lot.
